Recipe: Fluffernutter Pie

Coming from New England--specifically, near Massachusetts, Fluffernutter sandwiches (Peanutbutter and Marshmallow Fluff on white bread) are just something you grow-up with.  They're just as ubiquitous in the school lunchbox as PBJ.  In fact, since Fluff was invented and is still made in Mass., they tried a few years ago to declare it the "State Sandwich." (Clearly, the MA state legislature had nothing better to do, but I digress...)

Anyway, one of the blogs I read every day is the King Arthur Flour Baking Banter blog.  They have real people from their test kitchen in Vermont post instead of some marketing person (they're an employee-owned company anyway), making it more like reading a personal blog than a corporate one.  I really enjoy it.

The other day, they released a recipe for Penautbutter Marshmallow Pie, aka Flufernutter Pie.  I haven't tried it yet but I wanted to share it with you.  If anyone makes it, please comment below this post and let me know how it turned out!
